REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy for Books Purchased from neupinch.com:

Eligibility for Refund: Books purchased from neupinch.com are eligible for a full refund if a return request is made within 15 days of dispatch. However, applicable freight charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Charges: If the return is a result of an error on our part, the customer will receive a refund for the shipping charges as well.

No Replacement or Exchange: neupinch.com does not offer replacement or exchange for purchased books. Only refunds are provided.

Condition for Return: Customers can only return items that have been received. The books must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and processed, the customer will be notified of the refund via email. The refund will be issued within seven days in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
