About the Author
MAMTA BHARGAVA is a Law Graduate and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with over 2 decades of experience.
After serving the Corporate Sector, her interest grew in writing Law books. She has authored several books on Corporate Laws. Her book namely
‘Concise Commentary on Companies Act’ was accepted well in the professional community, because of its simple presentation in Bullet Format
and Lucid Language. Her other books namely “Company Law Procedures with Documentations”, “Compliances and Procedures under SEBI LAW’.
“Queries and Replies on Company Directors”, “A — Z Concise and Condensed CORPORATE LAWS” have all been well accepted in the professional
community.
Besides her interest in writing Law books , she also has a keen interest in YOGA. She is a certified Yoga expert. She has always been admirer of
nature and life as such which motivated her to pen down her thoughts in the book on Life, titled ‘Life’s wake up call …”. The book deals with the
various facets of life, be it success, failure, happiness, relationship , personality, business, passion, and so on. She has been a speaker on this
